Call For Abstracts

Submission Guidelines

  1. Please submit your manuscript via EasyChair for ICHDN2025 as a single MS Word file that is editable for Secretariat’s format check.
  2.  Submissions must not be published previously. To standardize the information, please input author’s information and submission details on EasyChair in ENGLISH. ICHDN2025 uses double-blind review. Please do NOT include author information in your submission file.
  3.  Before submitting your paper, please ensure it fulfills the format and paper-length required by ICHDN2025.
  4.  After the paper is being accepted, you will be required to submit the final version of the paper with the author information displayed. Authors are invited to sign and return the copyright agreement.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed and overseen by the Scientific Committee Chair.

How to use EasyChair to submit an article

(1) Registration

Sign up for an account if you do not have one. Receive the mail in your mailbox for a link to edit your account (user name and password). Remember the user name and password you set, you will use the user name / password to log in.

(2) Submit an article

Click [New Submission], choose the sub-conference/ strand.

Enter the information of your article, click [Submit], EasyChair will send you a confirmation mail.

(3) Update the Information of an Article

Click [My Submissions] → Choose the article → Click [Update Information] to modify [Title], [Abstract], [Category], or [Keywords] → Click [Change Information] to save.

(4) My Submission

Click [My Submissions], you can see all your articles.
